Mary C. Neff grew up in Monroe County, Illinois, the same community where she now serves families through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. After earning her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Master's in Family Sciences, Mary built her career at the intersection of law and human understanding.

She is dual-licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, Supreme Court-certified as a mediator in both states, and recognized as a Guardian ad Litem in Illinois courts. Mary also serves as a part-time Assistant State's Attorney handling juvenile matters in Monroe County, Illinois. Her governmental role is separate from her private practice with The Law Office of Mary C. Neff LLC.

With over 13 years in practice, Mary founded her own firm to give clients something she values above everything else: undivided attention and a genuine commitment to moving their lives forward.
